No _blank on new page in menu item

Hello:

As you can see in the url, "Administración" -> "Perfil del contratante" no new page is openned when clic in this menú item. HTML code call _blank page but don't open in a new page. I've tested with 2 templates using T4 Framework with the same result

Are you using latest version of T4 framework? If not, try to backup your site and update T4 system plugin to the latest version 2.2.2 : https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/t4/t4-framework
