Form Builder does not work any more after Update to Pagebuilder 3.8.8

Hi there,
I updated SP Pagebuilder to 3.8.8 on several pages, and now the forms created with Form builder don‘t work any more:
The form won‘t be sent, and the error-messages don‘t appear any more.

What happened?
I‘m using Joomla 3.11 with Shaper restora (Helix Ultimate 2.0.11)

SP Builder is not our product, you should contact its provider for help 🙂

Our extension is T4 Page Builder 😉
