SMTP error

hi! I'm getting this message when using the module JA Quick Contact in EGO template...

¡Error SMTP! Dato no aceptado.

When I test the contact page it works all right... mail is sent and received... but not when testing the module we have at the bottom of the home page...

please, what should I do?

Could you grant super admin permissions for provided account and share ftp account so I can check?

Could I try to replace your current smtp email settings by my smtp email for testing? as when I tried in my local it can send email without issue.

I think something wrong with your smtp on your side as I just tested with my own info and the form could be sent successfully:

please, I would like to remark that the regular contact form (you may enter through the main menu in the header) is working all right with my SMTP info... it sends both emails... the one to the webmaster and the copy to the person sending the request...

on the other side, I just made a test with your SMTP info... first quick contact module... it didn't show the error, but I only got the copy of the person making the request... I didn't got the email as webmaster...
then, I also made a test with the core joomla contact form (in the header menu)... and I got the two emails: webmaster and person requesting info...
