Let me explain a bit here:
1 -- The module Who We Are is JA ACM module type of '[Container] Tabs : style-1' - it will show multiple tabs and each tab will be a module which you assign to selected position - in this case is 'tabs-2' position.
2 -- If you don't have 'tabs-2' position now on your site, go to file:
ROOT_folder_of_your_site/templates/ja_vital/templateDetails.xml
and add position like this:
3 -- Go to Backend again >> Modules >> Create modules assign to 'tabs-2' position . Each module will be a tab on frontend.
