Login failed

Hi, I'm getting error in JA Extension manager "Please update the service setting or contact with service provider." Service manager status is "login failed". I have couple of websites and same problem occurs in all.

Hi guys
Sorry for the inconvenience. Currently our server is under maintenance so you might not be able to update with JAEM.
For now you can try to update the files manually. We will update you when it's okay to use JAEM again.

The Extension Managers login, JA Builder and T4 Builder logins are all down it seems. And your website is extremley slow loading all pages even showing the cloudflare loading screen some of the time.

Any update on why this is happening to your servers yet?

This this becoming enbarrassing for me, I'm in the middle of building a new site using the T4 builder. I'm having to tell the client the software I'm using is not working...not a good start to a new customer relationship!

Any server related issue that takes more than 4 days to fix must be serious, how long do you think it will take to get it all working again?

The problem has existed for more than a week now. It can not be that we as customers have to live with such disadvantages for more than a week and we have to postpone projects!!!!
