We're sorry for the inconvenience. For now you can try to manually update by downloading the latest files from download page.
We will notify you once it is okay to use JAEM to update again.

Also to me it gives the same error installing from extension manager: 500 - internal server error.
As indicated by ja-developer I managed to manually download ja-extension-manager-component_2.7.4 and update.
But if I try to download JA ACM Module to update to 2.3.1 the system tells me
"Oops! To download this product you need an Active Subscription".
Note that the extension is included in the template, I have always updated it both from your extension manager and from the joomla updates page without any problems.
What should I do? How is it possible that it is not included in the Pricing Plan and that I have to pay additional amounts of money? (I have JA PRO subscription)

What error did you see when trying to update via JAEM? If possible please share the error screen with us.

It's because you tried to download JA ACM from Jooma Extensions section so it didn't work. Only JAEC / Developer members can download from Extensions section.
Since you are JA Pro member, you can go to a template page that uses JA ACM module to download it. For example JA Sport has it.

Ok thanks, in this case it worked because I found an updated version of the extension I was looking for.
But often inside the templates the version is not updated.
In any case for this time I have solved it, I hope that in the meantime you solve the problems with the server, I see that there are several threads open and therefore it is a problem that we are all having.
As you may have understood, we cannot update both from the joomla update page and using jaextmanager.

Looks like there's still issue with JAEM updater. I'd recommend updating your templates / extensions manually for now while we fix it.

UPDATE: It should be ok to use JAEM updater now.
