Adding a scrollbar to the Joomla (ver 4.1) articles - GK Resume

Hello,
I recently added GDPR articles (Terms and Conditions + Privacy Policy) to the GK Resume Template. I have been wondering whether there is any easy way of adding a scroll bar to the new articles in GK Resume template or whether your advice would be to rather try Joomla extensions?

I mean from which page that I can click to view these articles

These above links is default view of com_content so it doesn't have any style.
