Still problems with blog in 2 columns layout

I had a problem recently with the 2-column layout in this site, and now it's not working and the results are a bit whacky. I'm attaching 2 screenshots, one of which shows how each article is narrower than the previous one, and the sidebar-r is all the way at the bottom of the page.

You did a fix in https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/41716-blog-layout-won-t-go-in-two-columns/6 and I checked, it is still in place. I tried with one leading article, and then no leading articles, just 2 columns. So the attachments show each way. Is there a fix for this yet? I mean, other than what you did in my previous ticket?

I think you already experienced this issue before, when the layout is broken like this (the sidebar displays underneath the content part), there is something wrong with the HTML markup of articles on this page.

You can try to disable 1 by 1 to find out which one causes this issue and check the HTML tags you use inside article content.

You are right about the sidebar issue, I'll open another ticket about this since I cannot find anything that would cause this.

But this ticket is about the layout of a blog not working with my Joomlart template. I've unpublished the sidebar-r menu, so you can see what I'm talking about. You were able to have two columns working in a blog, but without any leading articles. This isn't what I wanted. Here are the issues:

I want one leading article, but in the image I'm sending you this time, you can see the issue with the image attached to the article through the Joomla article's images tab. About a third of the image is "slid" down behind the article.
The second and third article should be the same width, side by side, but they are on separate lines, with different widths! This makes no sense to me.

If I make all the articles INTRO ARTICLES, then the issue is moot, but I want the one LEADING, with the rest INTRO. Is this possible? If not, when will Joomlart get this working correctly?

What happened to the article for the Stribling Museum? When I went to check your fix, there were only the words "A native of Clifton." Somebody deleted the rest of the article! You can see in my images to you that there was intro text and a read more link for each article.

I have tested it by adding more text to that article, and I am still left with the image dropping back behind the article by about a third. Here is a screenshot with additional text. Now I've got to do an installation of my latest backup so I can get back the article that I worked so hard on! I'm not happy about that.

I do apologize, I checked the demo, and there is a vertical line that is missing, but the image does go back behind the article on a leading article so I assume that is how it is supposed to be.

However, I am still having to do a restore on my old data to recover the article where all the text was deleted. What I need to know is how and/or where to change the color of the vertical line since there isn't enough of a difference in my color scheme for it to stand out.

One other thing, I failed to mention what a tremendous help it was that you pointed out what was wrong in my code that caused the sidebar-r module to drop to the bottom of the page. In the past I was told there was a problem with my code, but I didn't know what it was or how to figure it out. I didn't realize the close <div> was after a readmore line, and that was incorrect. I do appreciate you went to the trouble to let me know this.

Also, I have managed to recover the deleted article from the Akeeba backup so all is well there. Now all I need to know is what I do to change the color of the vertical dividing line between the sidebar-r module position and the article.
