Hello, I'm trying, with the ja-gamex template, to activate the contacts form, but I followed all the instructions and still the form does not displayed under the menu button.

It due to the layout settings only. You set the 'home' layout and assign it to this contact menu item but this 'home' layout doesn't contain the 'component' block (which shows the main content of a page) and that's why the contact form did not show. I just duplicated the home template style of JA Gamex template to have a new one and use the 'default' layout + assign to this contact page.
