K2 to com content migration question

I am thinking of giving the K2 to com content migration product a try and have a couple of questions before I do....

Menus still need to be edited to point to articles instead of K2 items, correct? Or is it part of the migration too?

Can I delete the K2 items once they migrate? I saw something in a post the implied that they need to stay for redirects to work.

What about links within the page content? Do they update?

Hi Mike,

This plugin will help to transfer the following data from K2 content to Joomla articles:

Category
Item
Extra field group
Extra field
Tag

And of course, when these content becomes Joomla article content, you will have to configure menu item to show these content as you wish, it will not convert the existing K2 menu items, it does the content only.

After migrating, you can delete K2 content as you wish.
