Hi, I started the migration and after some minutes I get this error message:

Joomla\CMS\Table\Category::_getNode(1, ) failed.
Tags : 13424 items

Extra Fields Groups :Reviews & Filme : 5 items

COM_FIELDS_ERROR_UNIQUE_NAME
Extra Fields Groups :Bildcredits : 1 items

Extra Fields Groups : 3 items

yes, thank you - I gave you access to my test site, it`s a 1:1 copy of the live site.
the login name and pass is always the same for server frontend and joomla admin.

The issue caused by the same name of k2 Extra-fields as the image below. So you please change these names and test again.

There was no migrated content to remove.
I backuped the mysql, edited the extra fields and so please feel free to give it a try again ... :-)

There is large collection of K2 items on your site so that when I run the migration, it really takes time. I will take a backup of your site and try in my local to see how it goes, pls give us more time and will get back to you asap.

You can BACKUP your site first and try to install this updated package:

package-k2-data-migrate.zip

and migrate data again.

I installed the updated package, but it is just the "JA Content Type Plugin" what is installed ... is that correct? I don't think so ;-)
Tried to install the regular plugins, after that I installed your updated package ... but same error: Freezes with "Starting the Migration
Don't close before it done".

Maybe it`s the updated package that don't work because some data is not in ...
