Updates Available, but can't download them

I just upgraded my site to Joomla 4.2.2, and it came up that two JA extensions needed to be updated, but I can't find the latest versions on your site, and using the JA Ext Manager, I get 500-internal server errors on both of them:
MOD_JA_ACM
v 2.3.0
Upgrade to version 2.3.1 - Dated 9/5/2022, 3:06:07 PM
500-internal server error

plg_system_t4
v 2.2.0
Upgrade to version 2.2.2 - Dated 9/5/2022, 3:03:11 PM
500-internal server error

Is this something wrong at my end or at Joomlart's end? I don't know what, if anything, I am supposed to do.

Hi Pat,

There was issue with our update server but you should be able to update now, could you give it a try again?
