How to responsive layout in module?

Hello,
I created a custom module and there are 5 columns in page.How to make responsive layout in module?
Module id: 221

Can you please help to do it?

Is there any cache settings enabled on your server side?

I just tried to add 'col-md-4' class to each column but not see it reflects on frontend.

No cache enabled on server.

It looks like the classes added are not saved. I've forwarded to our developer for further checking.
