Product next page button not working

Good day,

I have a few product categories where the products span over more than one page, however when you click the next button (2) for example, then the page this reloads on page (1). Can you kindly help to fix this issue.

Thank you in advance for helping with the issue. Kindly let me know if you have issues with the FTP login, I might have to approve a connection from your country to be allowed (please specify which country you are logging in from), else South Africa is approved at the moment, if you can use a VPN.

Could you share the URL of page where I can replicate this issue? I tried to access shop page >> click page 2 but it loads well.

A screenshot would be helpful.

You can find the issue on personal -> drinkware, I have noticed that the shop menu item loads the second, third etc pages but for some reason not on the categories I created?

Hi Daniel,

I found that page: /index.php/vm/drinkware

and tried to assign Cassiopeia template to that menu item (ID: 534) but the same issue happens. I'm sorry but it seems to be a bug in Virtuemart 🙁

It is strange because this was an issue before I did any updates, meaning it was the VM that was packaged in the template that I downloaded.

What is super weird to me, is that when I changed the layout to a JA Megafilter it works flawlessly, but it is only when it has those default layouts that it doesnt seem to work. I think the best solution here might be to create menu items for each category (which I didnt really want) and then apply JA Megafilter to each of those pages. That will depend on my other ticket because I tried it and did struggle with products displaying. Think that is the best workaround with VM.

I should have chosen the other eCommerce plugin that was an option for the template

danab The advantage of VM is it's a free extension, there are other alternatives like Hikashop, J2Store, ...

I think I will see if we can't fix these current issues first, migrating now to another ecommerce template will mess up all the other progress we have made with the other tickets, also I have over 250 products that needs to be added one by one manually, Id try to avoid that as much as possible. I think for now you can close this ticket, ill increase the limit of products shown on one page for the time being.

I hope VM has some form of response on their forums. Thanks a million!
