Module doesn't detect virtuemart addtocart position

Good day,

I hope you can assist with this critical problem I am having.

I have installed a plugin to upload images on the product page (for custom printing), but when I want to add the module to be displayed in the virtuemart position "addtocart" the position is not listed in the module. Please note its not just this module, but all modules on the website doesn't seem to detect any of the virtuemart positions.

I can change this to another position as well but then it displays everywhere on the website (when I select which pages it must display under in virtuemart, it displays everywhere on the shop front and not just those positions. I have since unpublished most of those positions but you are welcome to republish them to see what I am saying).

Thank you in advance for helping with all the issue. Kindly let me know if you have issues with the FTP login, I might have to approve a connection from your country to be allowed (please specify which country you are logging in from), else South Africa is approved at the moment, if you can use a VPN.

You can manually type the position's name if that position is not in the list.

I did do that, did hit enter and did save, but the module doesn't display in that position. I have also made sure that it is set to display on those pages.

Could you tell me more details of which module and where you want it should be?

The module is called Easy File Uploader and I would like it to be displayed at "addtocart" position? I would appreciate it endlessly if you can assist me to fix this issue, from all my tickets this is by far the most important.

Could you tell me the page that you want to show this module? I will try to test with Cassiopeia template and see how it goes.

The module should be displayed in the addtocart position when viewing a product (any and all products). So for instance if you click on a product on the right it side in the addtocart position, the module should be displayed there. I have attached a screenshot of the. Thanks again!

I tried to assign that module to 'addtocart' position and use Cassiopeia template but it doesn't show there either 🙁

Do you think if we use VM 3 that we would be able to assign it?

Will VM 3 be compatible with my Joomla 4 version? Or will it cause more problems? I am a bit stuck on what is the best thing to do going forward, I really need to launch this website

I tested with Virtuemart 3 version but there is no such addtocart position in product page. You can ask the same question in Virtuemart forum for help there.
