Hello I want to install (JA Events II) template I need it to be exactly as the (Preview) looks: Containing the (English demo content + the Arabic demo content + language Switch) How can I do that Please?

Unfortunately, the arabic version is available with package including 3rd party extensions supported by template only like JEvents, EventBooking, etc... These are commercial extensions so we can't include it in quickstart package.
