Position not defined in layout setting created with t4 blank template

The site I am working for is being migrated from php8 not compatible template to t4 blank template.
I found that new module position which is not defined in layout setting has been created.
The module assigned fo right top is located to new position.
I am not sure why new position created and how to prevent new creation. Please refer to attached jpeg chart showing with visible.
Please teach me any advice or suggestion.

My test site login information is as follows.
URL: https://wwwt1.enopo.net/administrator
ID: adviser PW: adv5577
user groups: super user

The page I need a help is top page of the site.
My question is why t4-module not defined by layout setting is created and how to solve.
Any advice or suggestion is welcomed.

Do you mean the module id:411 in right_top position, right?

As I can see that position is included in the layout of the homepage now:

First of all, I withdraw previous my words that t4_module has not defined by layout setting. It seems to be a part of middle top 1.
Let me clarify what I am asking.
I intended module id 411 to locate to right top position which is defined by layout setting. However 411 was located to t4_module.
My question is why 411 is located to t4_module instead of right top position.
