GDPR issue - Youtube link/API loaded in main thread (frontpage)

Hello,
I need to know where the template loads the youtube API automatically.
This is a serious GDPR-issue as it seems it is loaded in the template somewhere but only on the front page:

Please let me know where i can find this code in the template and how i can remove it.
this affects a lot of my customer websites as also my own company website:
