After installing this template, it worked fine, and the first thing I did is update to Joomla 4.2.2 and suddenly this error message shows on the frontpage...

An 0 error occured during your request.

Didn't do anything else, no other changes, except updating Solidres to 2.1.9 from the pre-installed 2.1.7 ...

Any help with this would be appreciated.

I deleted the whole thing again and this time did the updates step by step to see where the error comes from and it is the SolidRes 2.1.9 update what brakes the site...

I left now the version at the pre-installed 2.1.7, but not being able to update to the latest version of SolidRes can;t really be the solution...**

Do you mean version 2.12.9, right? You're right, GK Paradise supports 2.12.7 currently.

Could you share me the package of Solidres v2.12.9? I will install and see how it goes.

    As I just tried to download and install in Joomla 4.2.2 but could not install:

    It seems to be error from their extension.

    Could you share the URL + super admin + ftp account of your site so I can check?

      saguaros ok, issue is follows:

      If you install the lastest version by uploading, it brings an error message (same as your screenshot), but if you install it via the Joomla Built-in "Install from Web" it installs properly... However, then I get the 0 error... either way...
      I deleted the whole installation again and started fresh with the latest Quickstart and then I DID NOT INSTALL THE LASTEST VERSION OF SOLIDRES AGAIN, as I need to finish the site and cannot use it with the error message, I will only install the latest Solidres version, once the issue is resolved, that's the reason I did not share the Admin info...

      The same site has another issue with a GK extension which I posted in another thread, and there is the Admin info in, however please do not try to install the latest Solidres version on this site, as that will destroy everything, I did on the site so far...

          saguaros no, only if we upgrade Solidres to the latest version, that's why I did not update it!

                We purchased Solidres and installed successfully the latest version 2.12.10 and all the plugins, but now again the error shows up when calling up the frontpage...

                An 0 error occured during your request.

                Setting the error reporting to maximum, shows also no additional information...

                Could you please check if you can fix this, as somehow there seems to be an issue between Solidres and the template...

                      saguaros Thanks for that, however that works only properly if I use Bootstrap 2 in the Solidres config, not Bootstrap 5, which is suggested for Joomla 4... if I enable Bootstrap 5, the availability and the whole layout goes wonky...

                      So for the time being I will leave it on Bootstrap 2, but down the road, it would be great if somebody could look into this.
