Hi in the t4_bs5_blank template Main body Container is Fix.
Is it possible in T4 Page Builder for one row to be fluid (side to side) of the page?
In T4 Page Builder settings Container Type I select Fluid but still in fronted it is not Fluid
See here I have a back background but it is not Fluid .

It will depend on the layout of Joomla template you're using. The page that you created via T4 Page Builder will have content display in 'component' block of page. However, as I can see that the main body part of your site is showing inside a container so it can't display in fluid.
