When I first access a single article, my social ii template is not applied. The default template is used and the layout is very bad. Then if I reload the page, it shows with the proper template applied. This is repeatable by accessing the pages under the Lessons menu and digging down a couple layers. I assume there is some issue with caching. I have tested in different browsers, cleared the cache in the browsers, and manually deleting the cache and any t3-assets on the server. Any ideas what is going on?

    I tried to access several pages under Lessons menu but it works fine in first load.

    Could you share the URL of page where I can replicate this issue? if it relates to the cache, are you enabling any cache setting in Global configuration of your site? you can try to temporarily disable that option and see how it goes.

      I think it due to the menu module in 'precontent' position.

      It causes the conflict, if you try to disable module in this position, it will display normally.

      We have unpublished all the modules in the precontent position and are still seeing the issues. Any thoughts on next steps?

      Could you share screenshot of how it should be? as above pages always look like this on first load or re-load

      Deleting all the menus that were in the precontent seemed to help. I guess they would confusing the routing. No more help needed for the moment. Thank you.
