JA Slideshow not scrolling through feature items correctly,

JA Slideshow on main page of aspensystems.com does not scroll correctly between items on the left green vertical side of the slideshow. when scrolling with the mouse scroll wheel starting at the top item number one it jumps to item 3, then scrolling again one click brings it back to item one skipping items 2 and 4. This occurs similarly starting with Item 2 as it skips to item 4.

Please advise how to enable scrolling through all 4 items.
