To change the text, please add a language override, and add the string "T4_OFF_CANVAS_TITLE" for the corresponding language.
You can do this by accessing your website back-end > Extensions > Languages > Overrides. Select the site language and create a new one.
I added the language for you, in case you want to edit, you can update.
