Mega Filter module is erroneous

Why does not the Mega Filter module display properly on first page? The second module in Header-right does not work either. I tried to activate both modules on all pages (read it in another thread) but that doesn't seem to work! Bug? Suggestions?

I've updated the page again so that there will be no conflict between several Mega Filter modules on the same page. Still not working...

Manit This is SOOO weird, I tried to update the information I provided because the PW is Demo with a capital "D". It's not possible to change to capital letters, please check for future reference. Anyway, try again please!

The password issue would be because of our forum, we will check and update.
For the issue, it is fixed. The issue is the T4 JS compression option. I have disabled the option for now. We will check if there is any conflict between the Megafilter JS and the T4 JS Compression.
