Google Maps plugin not working

I have got my own API key from Google and updated the plugin. Still it doesn't display any map?? I use Joomla 4.2.2 and MS Edge.

I tried to access your website back-end with the provided account but it does not work. Can you please check the admin account again?

vangogh I tried to update the information I provided because the PW is Demo with a capital "D". It's not possible to change to capital letters, please check for future reference. Anyway, try again please!

This issue is due to the API. As you are using our API and the API does not include your domain.
Kindly register your own Google map API and update your site, then the issue will be resolved.

Manit Sorry, I've changed it to my key but I've tried this before using my key and the result stays the same. Not working!

I might have discovered something with this problem. When checking the JavaScript Console, it says something about the API not being activated. This I found strange since there is no such button/action in the Google Cloud console. However, after enabling the "Maps JavaScript API" in the API Library, something seem to activate. Then Google wants me to connect a billing account to my Cloud user... does this feature cost money??
