Cancel pending payment

I am attempting to purchase the Bundle for $299.00. PayPal has processed my payment as eCheck which will delay payment. I want to cancel that payment and pay with credit card. PayPal will not cancel the pending payment, but says that you can. Please advise how I can proceed.

You can provide us with your PayPal payment transaction ID (pls mark your reply as Private so only our support staff can see it), we will check the payment's status further and let you know.

We've found the transaction ID on PayPal however the payment's status shows to be "pending until 03 Oct 2022". As the payment is still pending, we are not able to process the refund right now.
However please rest assured that we got your request and by next week when the payment's completed, we will process with the refund via PayPal for you no problem.

Meanwhile you can go ahead your new payment using credit card so you can get support for your website migration.
