CLASS "JREQUEST" NOT FOUND

Hi, I receive this error "CLASS "JREQUEST" NOT FOUND" following an upgrade from Joomla 3.10.11 to 4.2.3 and would appreciate your assistance. This error is displayed when some menu items are selected from the frontend - all which were working prior to the upgrade.
