I download t4_bs5_blank templates on local host,everything workted.A few days ago when i select iteams from main menu module do not show on .A few items work but on individual pages do not work.Please help!

Can you share your website information and some screenshots highlight your issue? I could not check the issue with such provided information, I tested from my side and the template menu works properly.

Site is on local server.I Think that template style is problem.I change template style and return again on default and now is working.Thank you to your post.
Kindly check the menu item that you're viewing and see which template style is being assigned to that menu item.
I think the current template style doesn't use the default layout so some modules not show there.
