I need your help getting the template 2.1.1 to update in our Jooma 4 Site.

The site is running Joomla 4 from a fresh QuickStart Quark J4 file from the Gavick Downloads section, and is throwing the UPDATE TEMPLATE warning. But the 2.1.1 Quark file in the downloads section of your site keeps failing to install. There is no other update file in the downloads section of your site that appears to be "the correct one," so we're assuming that your Q2.1.1 file is incorrect or corrupt somehow.

I looked to see if there were other options on the Quark download section, but there are no other options for a 2.1.1 template (such as for Joomla 3x).

We have a lot of work in this site, and we need to be also assured that you will provide a working update and a working support for php 8, which we're noticing problems with. We don't know if the 2.1.1 Template update corrects any php 8 compatibility issues but at least let's fix the 2.1.1 issue first.

Also, this is very important - We need to know exactly how you correct this, so we can repeat the procedure if necessary.

    We are also having an issue with the "search function."

    Should we open another forum topic or add to this one?

    (the issue is that if you search for STRING and there is no article / content with "STRING" in it, than the search result says

    "nothing found."

    If you search for STRING and an article exists that does have "STRING" in it, than the result takes you to

    "404 Nothing Found."

    It is very strange.

    I understand if we should open up another ticket. I wanted to share in case you knew of an immediate fix from dealing with this issue somewhere else.

    Occurs on PHP 7.4 & 8, & on fresh install of Quark Template on Joomla 4.
