btn class not rendering with email link

Hi, Any reason why this would render (btn btn-primary) correctly for the URL:
<a href="tel:+27827880081" class="btn btn-primary">082 788 0081</a>

But this won't for the email address:
<a href="mailto:vivien@ancientearth.co.za?subject=Contact%20from%20Route%2024%20website" class="btn btn-primary">Email</a>

Is there any cache settings on your server side?

As I tried to add class for Bookings and email links but I don't see changes on frontend. All caches in backend are cleared.

No, only cache is in Joomla itself.

It due to the Content - Email Cloaking plugin which removed that class in content part that includes email address. I temporarily disabled this plugin and you can see the class now.
