You can open the file:

Root/templates/ja_resume//acm/slideshow/tmpl/style-3.php

At approx line 29:

<div id="acm-slideshow-pro" data-interval="5000" class="carousel slide <?php if($helper->get('enable-fade-effect')): ?>carousel-fade<?php endif; ?>" data-ride="carousel">

change the data interval 5000 to the value as you wish (5000 here is in miliseconds)
