My Contact page doesn't appear like on DEMO

Hi,

I use demo version for Joomla 4 and i have the same problem, like in this issue: https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/34766-contact-form-no-longer-appears/2

but
In menu contact->Contact Display Options , i don't have option to choose Display format option.

so, when i try to rename Contact menu in my language, just click save and design on menu, was broken

That option doesn't exist in Joomla 4 anymore.

I just updated this file: /templates/ja_alumni/html/com_contact/contact/default.php

to fix the issue
