off-canvas configuration missing again

I don't know why, but the off-canvas configuration on adminsite is missing again.
Although I changed the layout.css, as described in this post, the settings panel does not appear anymore.
Why has this been changed? I don't want to have the burger menu on every screen size.
How can I change the off-canvas configuration now?

I still can see the off-canvas section in Layout settings of template on your site now. Could you check again?

Thanks for checking! The settings are actually visible now. I don't know what went wrong, but that really didn't show up before...
