How to link image to other article or content on same site.

Just trying to link an article image to another article. This would be easy with tiny MCE or JCE but I can't find a way to link an image to another article other content on the site without going to "code". Is there a simple way to connect a hyperlink to an image in an article?

Could you tell me the article name and URL of page where you want to add link?

The Antigua and Barbuda Cultural Association Article Featured on the Home Page includes a small Caribbean map with a "click here" instruction to locate the two islands. I hoped to link that image within the Featured article to another article with a bit more detail, containing images of the two islands. Article ID 223 "Antigua and Barbuda Detailed Location" is the item I want to link to.

OK I discovered that by toggling the "T4 Pagebuilder" tab at the bottom of the editing screen, I can see the JCE Editor and was able to establish a link to the other article that way.
