A website im setting up for a client, indyasnt.org, is not showing the JA_resort template as available. Only shows protostar and beez3. Not sure what i'm missing here. My back end shows that the template is installed.

I appreciate that.. I installed the quickstart template. There's no content on the site
When you install quickstart package, make sure that you select to install sample data: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-resort#installation
