There seems to be JS conflict on that page, could you share the login info to backend and FTP account?

I tried to login with provided info but it requires another htaccess login.

Could you temporarily disable 3rd party extensions on your site and see how it goes?

saguaros please try again. I changed the FTP url. Now the connection works

I added custom css rule:

.not-at-top #back-to-top {display: block;}

into file: /templates/himara/local/css/custom.css

Kindly check.
