Support Installing JA Portfolio Template

Hello Guys....
...we're looking for some help.....
My case...

I have a new Joomla 3 (4.2.3) installation in a hosted cpanel server.
I bought the JA Portfolio template.
When we try to import the template files in the extension manager , the site chrashes when import this files.
We tried different PHP server versions ....from 5.4 ...to 8.0

In the download section of JA Portfolio template: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-portfolio

The first 2 packages are Quickstart packages which are used for a new website only.

If your site already has Joomla installed, you should download Template package and install into your site:

Hi ...

At this time..by the way as u told me...we installed the template....on a clean install without joomla , just with this file..

Now, the site looks like this...

There is no more content about the new template to show.. Which other files we need to import ?

Should I update the joomla version too ?

In addition.....the right way importing other files...it's here ??.. by selecting one zip file each time ?..

Or should I extract each file on differents folders and then go to install from folder ?

The file you're mentioning in your screenshot is Quickstart package of this template - this package is the same with default Joomla package but with sample data. This package will be used for a new website only so if you want to have your site looks the same with the demo site, you need to remove the current installation and install package:

Remember to select to install sample data

If I going to remove the current installation , what file should I use to intall the template rightly ..?

You can install the package: ja-portfolio-web-design-for-joomla3-4.zip

Again, it's the same as installing a Joomla package, just upload to your hosting folder >> unzip the file and install

The most important thing is in the finalization step, REMEMBER to select sample data to install, we mentioned this carefully in the guideline above, it's weird that you can't install:
