I'm using DT Register, and it expired. My previous login has expired, that email is no longer valid and cannot change the email. So I asked the client to create new account and purchase a new DT Register copy and start again. Tried to install over the existing one and got an XML error.I don't want to delete existing version as there are hundreds of settings I'd lose. So, how do I install DT Register over an expired one?

I went to chat, and they said to submit a question, and the link took me here, at what looks like a forum, not tech support. What to do next?

    Firstly, if your site is using old version of DT Register already, you should take a BACKUP of your site.

    Then go to download section of DT Register: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/dthdevelopment/dt-register/dt-register-component to download. The most important files are:

    DT Register Component and JA Payment Gateway plugin

    Just download each package and install into backend of your site like installing normal Joomla extension.
