How to view all module positions?

Using the JA Phio Template with the default layout, the Masthead position is shown in the layout grid, yet when I go to Site Modules, add a new JA ACM Module and then try to assign it to position 'Masthead' the masthead option is not available. Where am I going wrong? I have installed and enabled the JA Masthead module. It is assigned to all pages and visible to the public. If I publish the Masthead Module to a different position eg Section-1, then it becomes visible.

If it doesn't exist in the module position list, you can simply add it into the file:

ROOT/templates/ja_phio/templateDetails.xml

<positions>
<position>bottom-a</position>
<position>footinfo-1</position>
<position>footinfo-2</position>
....
<position>masthead</position>
...
