Sticky issue

Hello,
i'm using a sticky navbar but i also use the sticky function on a sidebar module. Problem is that the module shows on top of the navbar. How can i add some top padding on the sticky function of the sidebar module? I rember there is a similar function in UIKIT that you set start with px.

You can use this custom CSS:

    top: 100px !important;
}

Is there a way to add some negative z-index bcs when scrolling after the section the module shows on top of the navbar.
