How to recreate Phio Blog layout as per the demo site

Hello, I am trying to recreate the layout of the blog page as per your Phio demo site that uses the Blog Align Left layout.
I've looked through the demo documentation and reviewed how the menu is setup on the demo site but i can't find it anwhere how to change between Blog Align Left, Blog Align Right and Blog Full Width.
Can you please point me in the right direction?

Hi Jonathan,

With Blog Align Left layout, here are steps:

1/ Create a menu item type of Category Blog and select the category you want to show content from
2/ Create modules and assign to sidebar-r position, the main articles content will show on the left side.
