No Updates and Module Positions not working

Hi, Im having a few issues with my template installation.

Firstly its on Joomla 4.1.5 but when I go to update it to 4.2.4 it immediately gives a 500 error screen and won't update.

Secondly. I had a footer at the bottom of the site in the 'Social' template area. The module is there and active, also set to 'all pages' but I cant get it to appear at the bottom of the site anymore. I'm not even sure when it stopped showing but I haven't made many changes to the site recently.

Hi Daz,

The 500 error often relates to internal server error, you should contact your hosting provider for help to check on this.
About the social section, I checked the layout settings of template on your site and you did not add the social position in the footer section yet so it did not show there.

I just added for you and it's showing now.

Thanks very much, not sure why the social position wasnt there as it has always been there in the past.
