No Google Fonts detected

Hi there,
I subscribed to get the "JA Font Component" for the site www.skibbe.de. After the scan and reload the site - there are no hits for the relevant Fonts. By checking the site with a 3rd Party offer - like "https://sicher3.de/google-fonts-checker/" I get some hits.
What is my fault? What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
As i check, your site is loading google font by less on browser that jafont could not handle.
Could you share your site info and ftp, so we can find solution?

Hi,
After turning off feature Compile LESS in the browser on every page load, i see that your site is loading google font by file templates/jp-musician/styles/SKIBBE/css/bootstrap.css
You should load google on site html, so ja font is able to download font for you.

You can contact your template's provider and ask them to load Google font in HTML use link tag instead of importing via CSS file above.

Something like this:

<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Abel.........." rel="stylesheet">

Hi, I have a similar problem. after the install fonts were found. the download also worked (see screen) but the orders on the web server only contain an empty css file. What's the mistake?

There is an issue when download font. Kindly try package below.
Remember to Clear Fonts first.

The fonts folders are created, but all except the "material icons" contain no font and a css file with no content. see screens.

You can order plugin System - JA Font to the last. Then site will use local font.
