when I try to upload an image to an article from the images and links tab from the front office I get an error and the image is not published. How can it be resolved?

Could you try to switch default Joomla template - JA Stark - to use Cassiopeia template and see how it goes?

    with cassiopea everything works perfectly.

      Were you able to figure out what is wrong with the JA Stark template?

      I've reported this issue to our dev team, I will update here asap.

      We fixed it on your site by loading Bootstrap5 in XML file of template:

      ROOT/templates/ja_stark/templateDetails.xml

      ...
<t4>
<basetheme>base</basetheme>
<bootstrap>bs5</bootstrap>
<layouts>
...

        Thanks for your invaluable help but it still seems something is wrong.
        when I click on the menu item "Nuovo Articolo" it seems that the page completely loses the layout of the JA Stark template and that the modules of the "Menu Principale" and the "Menu Amministrativo" are not published either.


          It relates to the 'Edit layout' settings in template, not relate to the fix I applied above.

          You should check carefully again.
