Language constant

Hi,
In a contact form, word "Phone" is not as lang constant, but hard coded.
Where to alter that in files?

You can open this file: /templates/ja_ego/html/com_contact/contact/default.php

update this line of code: Text::script('COM_CONTACT_PHONE_LABEL');

and file: /templates/ja_ego/js/template.js

jQuery('#jform_com_fields_phone_text', formContact).attr('placeholder',Joomla.JText._('COM_CONTACT_PHONE_LABEL'));
