have anyone came-across the same problems that the document couldn't be properly saved and automatically set as checked out? is it a problem in setting or bugs?

and share the login credentials of your site eg: URL + super admin account so I can check.

I'm using Healthcare template. It is pretty frustrated that articles couldn't be saved and it would automatically checked in, preventing any change of content.

acumedwilliam If another account is working on an article or that article is not closed properly. You have to checkin that article in order to edit & save data. It's default behavior of Joomla 🙂
