Problem generate Polls

Follow Bug I generate at creating poll... Whats the Prob?

0 DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (2022-11-18 32:00:00) at position 11 (3): Unexpected character

Think it has something to do with 24h / 12h settings ..

Any idea?

Further there are some parts not translated into german. (only at polls)

May I know which Joomla version and Jomsocial version are you using?
