Did you try to upload the default JOomla package and install to see how it goes?

I might found the problem to my issue. There are errors in the database format. The column length and table are not listed.

I already copied all the joomla 4 quickstart flies to the /public.html and I get this error
What I meant is that you can download the Joomla package: https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla4/4-2-5 and try to upload + install and see how it goes
It will help to find out where the error comes from.
