update JA coach template in joomla 4.2.5

A few weeks ago I got an update of JA coach template in joomla 4. The update was from version 1.1.1. to 1.1.4 . When I run the update I get the message: "download.php_element_ja_coach_version_1.1.4_type_template_coreVersion_j31" that the file cannot be extracted.
Can someone tell me how I can solve this.

I downloaded and installed the JA extension manager and was able to perform the update.
Problem solved.
