T4 framework php 8.1 warnings On Template Settings area

It is me again 🙂 There are php warnings on T4 framework template settings layout area with php 8.1. It says: deprecated str_replace() passing null to parameter #3 ($subject) of type array string is deprecated ....plugins\system\t4\admin\src\Settings.php on line 312

There are php warnings also in navigation tab
Deprecated: key(): Calling key() on an object is deprecated in C:\wamp64\www....\plugins\system\t4\admin\layouts\field\navigation.php on line 14
